  15. version  of THE COLOUR  WIZARD
  16. is  to  give you a  chance  to
  17. decide whether or not you want
  18. to   order   the    registered
  19. version.

  22. you  to color only  the  first
  23. two   screens,  but   if   you
  24. register you can color ALL TEN
  25. SCREENS in each coloring book.

  135. the  public  domain.   It   is
  136. distributed   as    shareware,

  142. computer if you decide not  to

  209. DISTRIBUTING THE COLOUR WIZARD
  210.  
  211. Anyone   distributing   Imagi-
  212. SOFT's Shareware Products  for
  213. any kind of remuneration  MUST
  214. agree with the following terms
  215. and   conditions   prior    to
  216. distributing them:
  217.  
  218. 1. The distributor  recognizes
  219. that ImagiSOFT, Inc. owns  all
  220. rights     for     ImagiSOFT's
  221. Shareware Products,  including
  222. distribution rights.
  223.  
  224. 2. The distributor agrees that
  225. ImagiSOFT,  Inc. can  withdraw
  226. its  permission to  distribute
  227. ImagiSOFT's Shareware Products
  228. at any time.
  229.  
  230. 3. When requested to do so  in
  231. writing   by  ImagiSOFT,   the
  232. distributor     agrees      to
  233. discontinue  distributing  the
  234. old    version    and    begin
  235. distributing  the new  version
  236. of   any   ImagiSOFT   product
  237. within sixty days.

  239. 4.  The distributor agrees  to
  240. use  the name  "ImagiSOFT"  in
  241. all   printed  or   electronic
  242. product descriptions.

  244. 5.   The   distributor    will
  245. attempt    to   educate    the
  246. prospective  buyer  about  the
  247. shareware   concept   in   its
  248. printed     literature      or
  249. packaging.   These   materials
  250. must  inform the user that  if
  251. they  find shareware  programs
  252. useful,  they should  pay  the
  253. registration fee. In no  event
  254. will a distributor be  allowed
  255. to  state  or imply  that  the
  256. user  is "buying"  ImagiSOFT's
  257. Shareware  Products  or   that
  258. ImagiSOFT's Shareware Products
  259. is  in the public  domain,  or
  260. "free" software.

  262. 6. The distributor  recognizes
  263. that  its right to  distribute
  264. ImagiSOFT's Shareware Products
  265. is nonexclusive.

  267. 7.  ImagiSOFT products may  be
  268. distributed     via     CD-ROM
  269. provided  that the total  cost
  270. for the CD-ROM does not exceed
  271. $.50 per shareware program.

  273. 8.   Distributors   may    not
  274. manufacture, package, vend, or
  275. distribute         ImagiSOFT's
  276. Shareware Products in any form
  277. to  end  users for  more  than
  278. $10.00 per copy without  prior
  279. written  permission.    Retail
  280. Rack   vendors  must  sign   a
  281. written agreement in any case.
